DBTurbine is operated as a TurbineWeb service. The platform is in development; public checkout is not open.

Payments and statements

Payments will be processed through Polar under the TurbineWeb billing identity. Card statements may include TURBINEWEB, Polar, or an associated processor descriptor. Exact statement wording can vary by bank and payment method. Review checkout for price, currency, taxes and billing interval.

Service scope

The initial service supports single-instance PostgreSQL and MySQL deployments. It does not include automatic failover or a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, restarts and recovery can cause downtime.

Limits and backups

Each published plan states its storage, connection, database, user and backup limits. Databases on a deployment share these allowances. Recovery requires a valid full backup and complete recovery logs; only the displayed recoverable window is available. Restore instances can incur additional charges disclosed before confirmation.

Your responsibilities

Keep credentials secure, maintain compatible application clients, control allowed network addresses and comply with applicable laws. Do not use the service to attack systems or gain unauthorized access. Test the recovered data before switching your application.

Before paid launch

Final cancellation, deletion, retention, refund, support and availability policies will be published before paid checkout is enabled. This development-stage page does not promise an SLA or a refund policy that has not been established.
