How subscriptions, allowances and payment identification work.
One subscription per deployment
Plan pricing is monthly in USD unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise. Check the final total, taxes and billing interval before paying. Your plan lists live storage, backup storage, connection limits and the recovery window.
Payments use Polar
DBTurbine is a TurbineWeb service. Payments are handled through Polar under our TurbineWeb billing identity. Your card statement may include TURBINEWEB, Polar, or an associated payment descriptor; the exact text depends on the payment processor and bank.
Temporary restore instances have a cost
Restoring to a separate server uses additional infrastructure. The restore confirmation must disclose any applicable temporary server charges and how to end them.
Cancellation is separate from deleting data
Ending renewal, suspending access, deleting an instance and expiring backups are different actions. Review the stated retention and deletion schedule before cancellation. Final production billing and retention policies will be published before checkout opens.
